Also, choose a restaurant that offers several types of food on the menu. This will allow you an easier time finding out what type of food your date likes based on what they order. Make sure you listen to your date. After all, you're there to get to know your date and discover more about them. Focus your attention on them. Don't interrupt, but don't be afraid to speak up either. You want your date to see that you do have a brain and that you are intelligent and aware of your surroundings. For guys, be sure and keep your eyes on your date's face rather than on her chest. Otherwise, you'll send the wrong message.

When the movie is over you'll have the whole movie to talk about. The main challenge is in picking a movie that is the most appropriate for a date. But, even if the movie is horrible, it could work to your advantage because then it could be the source of humor for future conversations later in the even on future dates--"Hey remember that silly movie we saw last week? Dancing is another clasic dating idea. It's also one that can be combined with a dinner out on the town. There's so many different styles of dancing to choose from.
